Please join The Attingham Society at Norwich Castle Museum & Art Gallery on Monday 20 August 2018 for a private tour of a fascinating exhibition exploring the world of the seventeenth century from the vantage point of a single masterpiece,

The Paston Treasure.This exhibition has been guest curated by Dr Andrew Moore, Attingham Course Director and former Keeper of Art and Senior Curator, Norwich Castle Museum & Art Gallery, Dr Francesca Vanke, Keeper of Art and Curator of Decorative Art and Nathan Flis of the Yale Center for British Art.

The order of the visit is as follows:

11.30am – members to meet in the Rotunda for tea and coffee
12noon – guided tours of the exhibition by Andrew Moore and Francesca Vanke
1pm – lunch in the café (members to purchase their own lunches)
2pm – freeflow visit of the museum (Decorative Arts Galleries, Painting Galleries, Norwich Castle Keep)
4.30pm – members to depart independently

HOW MUCH: £20 to ‘THE ATTINGHAM SOCIETY’
