TRUST MANAGER
(part-time employee, 4 days per week)
Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and enthusiastic communicator to join the small team at Attingham and take responsibility for both the administration of the Trust and stakeholder communications.
Working closely with the Executive Director and the Treasurer, the Trust Manager will be a core member of the Executive Committee and will be involved in the coordination of all the activities of the organisation. The role is primarily based at the Trust’s office in London, but with flexibility for some home office working.

Our courses are highly regarded by museums, universities, historic preservation societies and architectural practices throughout the world and our alumni make up an influential, international network of professionals, many of whom represent major cultural institutions.
Trust Manager Role
The Trust Manager is responsible for bringing all the activities of the Trust together and for supporting the annual cycle of Attingham’s highly-regarded courses and stakeholder communications. This includes managing the internal and external communications of the Trust; developing and executing a social media strategy; diary and events planning; providing central support for course directors and coordinators; managing the website and IT support; liaising with the American Friends of Attingham and overseas Attingham ‘ambassadors’; helping to run and support alumni relations and activities; and assisting with fund-raising activities. You will need to be proactive, an excellent communicator and will want to contribute fully to the future of Attingham. The role is vital to the smooth running of the Trust and through regular meetings with the Executive Director, the Treasurer and the Executive Committee, you will help shape the direction of the charity.

Remuneration
This is a salaried, part-time position, 4 days per week. The salary is £24,800 (£31,000 full-time equivalent), plus pension, payable monthly in arrears.
