Bridget Garza Griffin
Executive Assistant
Bridget Garza Griffin is an independent researcher and art historian specialising in European decorative arts and the histories of collecting. She works as a freelance art handler at Bonhams Auction house and Research Assistant with the Furniture History Society’s British and Irish Furniture Makers Online (BIFMO) project where she focuses on British and Irish immigrant furniture makers in North-Eastern Port Cities of Early America under the supervision of Dr. Laurie Lindey. Bridget serves as a membership officer for The Society for The History of Collecting. In 2023, Bridget co-published Strawberry Hill’s Treasures from Faraway: Medieval and Renaissance Objects from The Schroder Collection exhibition catalogue. She graduated with an MA from the University of Buckingham in partnership with the Wallace Collection, specialising in French and British Decorative Arts and Interiors with a focus on the long eighteenth-century.
