Vacancy for the Attingham Summer School Co-ordinator
Attingham is looking for a Co-ordinator to work with the Summer School team.
The Attingham Summer School for the Study of Historic Houses and Collections is highly regarded in the heritage sector throughout the world. Working closely with the co-directors of the Summer School, the Co-ordinator is responsible for the successful planning and delivery of the non-academic elements, including travel, accommodation, budgeting and administration.
The role is freelance. Apart from attending the annual Summer School, which takes place around the end of June/beginning of July, and attendance at certain meetings in London, much of the work can be done from any location. It is ideal for an energetic, enthusiastic and organised person with experience in the travel or events business, ideally in the arts sector, and with a keen interest in historic buildings, gardens and collections.
The deadline for applications is 20th November 2022 with interviews to be held on 1st December in London. The Co-ordinator would start from January 2023.
