Having begun her career working to bring international conferences to Brighton, Lorna subsequently became the Membership Secretary for Sussex Archaeological Society, managing not only the membership but also a full programme of events including an annual conference for up to 200 people. Following this, she was for five years the Coordinator of the Attingham Summer School. After stepping back from this role she has continued working with Attingham by providing support as needed, not only to the Summer School but also in technical areas such as overseeing the introduction of a new database to support member engagement.
