Summer School Coordinator 2027

The Attingham Trust is seeking an organised, proactive and highly responsive Coordinator for the 2027 Attingham Summer School.
Working closely with the Summer School’s two co-directors, the Coordinator will oversee the planning and delivery of the non-academic elements of this internationally acclaimed residential programme, including travel, accommodation, catering, budgeting and administration.
The role would suit an experienced administrator or events professional with excellent organisational and communication skills, a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage complex logistics and respond confidently to unexpected situations.
The appointment will run from late October/November 2026 to the end of August 2027, with an estimated average commitment of approximately 1.5 days per week. Full attendance is required during the Summer School in late June/early July, alongside occasional meetings in London and UK travel.
Annual consultancy fee: approximately £11,000 pro rated, experience dependent, plus expenses.
